β-Glucuronidase Activity on Reproductive organs of Female with Several Diseases

Abstract
|
|
|
There were measured on β-glucuronidase activities in the normal reproductive organs of female such as uterus, ovary and cervix, and in the reproductive organs confirmed with diseases such as endometritis, myoma, endometrium carcinoma, cervical
carcinoma stage Ib, cervical cacinoma stage IIb and ovarium carcinoma.
@ES The results obtained were summarized as follows:
@EN 1. Activities of β-glucuronidase in the normal reproductive of female were 0.031mU/g uterus, 0.038mU/g ovary and 0.045mU/g cervix.
2. Activities of β-glucuronidase in the reproductive organs of female with endomentritis and myoma were more were more increased in the all groups than that of normal groups.
3. Activities of β-glucuronidase in the reproductive organs of female with endometrium carcinoma were 0.133mU/g uterus, 0.097mU/g ovary and 0.123mU/g cervix. It was increased the highest in the uterus with 0.133nU/g.
4. Activities of β-glucuronidase in the reproductive organs of female with cervical carcinoma stage Ib and stage IIb were incresed the highest in the cervix with 0.143mU/g and 0.151mU/g among each group.
5. Activities of β-glucruonidase in the reproductive organs of female with ovarian carcinoma were 0.121mU/g uterus, 0.146mU/g ovary and 0.134mU/g cervix. It was increased the highest in the ovary with 0.146mU/g that of the other groups.
6. Activities of β-glucuronidase according to disease in the reproductive organs of female were showed 0.062mU/g endometritis, 0.070mU/g myoma, 0.117mU/g endometrium carcinoma, 0.118mU/g cervical carcinoma stage Ib, 0.124mU/g cervical carcinoma
stage
IIb and 0.133mu/g ovarium carcinoma, respectively.
